By
all accounts, Taco Pacifico's food and service on their first night
was a
big success. (Owner Greg Sharon is pictured on the right of first
photo
with 2 of his staff).
- Menu includes California-style Mexican in addition to Burgers,
Hotdogs, Fries, and Grilled Chicken sandwiches.
- For now, they will arrive at first gun; ready to serve by 7:30pm
(times are adjustable).
- Payment can be cash or credit card (minimum requirement waived for
DIYC).
- All menu items can also be "takeout" for members/crew unable to
stay.
- Their mobile kitchen is self-sufficient, with no dependency/cost
on
clubhouse for electric or water.
